SoBro is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position works under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Associate will send and accept shipments while keeping the warehouse clean and safe. They will also assist in project coordination as needed.
The ideal candidate has experience working in an environment that can be cold and hot during different seasons. This person will need to be able to work safely and quickly, standing for long periods while fulfilling orders.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with picking and packing products as ordered by the customer into bins, boxes, and containers. Maintain an inventory list and assist with restocking products and supplies as needed. Report defective products as discovered and maintain thorough notes and paperwork. Review and process invoices as directed by leadership and maintain documentation supply and payments for recordkeeping.
- Pick up and drop off materials between vendors location and our warehouse. Accurately confirm contents of deliveries.
- The ability to drive a company vehicle for long distances in the state of Oregon and Washington while ensuring driver safety and material quality, following all local laws and regulations.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, safety, and inventory accuracy.
- Maintains effective relationships with suppliers.
- Assist with warehouse facility maintenance, including cleanliness, safety checks, and organization.
- Assist with project coordination as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Prior experience working with inventory control systems is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Prior knowledge of warehouse paperwork and experience counting inventory and orders is preferred
- Forklift experience a plus
- Must be able to bend, stand reach, pull, lift and carry items in the warehouse
- Must have valid Driver’s License and pass driver's background check and drug test
